Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale is the Scottsdale Entertainment District—a buzzing neighborhood filled with new restaurants, trendy bars, and energetic music venues with patio bars, pool parties, and high-profile DJs. 

The Scottsdale Entertainment District is bordered by Camelback Road to the North, Scottsdale Road to the West, Sixth Avenue to the South, and Miller Road to the East. Despite its small one-block radius, the area is home to nearly 30 of the most popular restaurants, bars, and clubs in the Valley, so you’re bound to have a memorable time when you’re visiting!

1. Maya Day Club

Known as the “trendiest club in Scottsdale” and one of the Valley’s hot attractions, the Maya Day Club is a vibrant day club, nightclub, and party venue in the Scottsdale Entertainment District. 

The Clubhouse at Maya is a 20,000 square-foot open-air restaurant and beer garden that’s filled with tons of fun games and activities, including cornhole, skeeball, and giant pong. You can reserve the Clubhouse with VIP bottle service for bachelor parties, nightlife events, and other celebrations on the company’s website. 

The Maya Day Club also hosts events, like Float Fridays and Soaked Saturdays, with games, swimming, drinks, and live music with well-known DJs. 

2. Dierks Bentley Whiskey Row

Dierks Bentley Whiskey Row is an American Gastropub with food, drinks, live music, and country-western dancing. They have four locations—one in Gilbert and Nashville, a new bar in Denver, and of course, the original location in the Scottsdale Entertainment District. 

The food menu features made-from-scratch dishes, many featuring whiskeys, like the whiskey wings or the whiskey burger. For drinks, Whiskey Row serves over 60 kinds of whiskey—not to mention the other types of liquors and local beers, including Huss Brewing and Four Peaks, on the drink menu! 

Whiskey Row has live music from 8 PM – 11 PM on Thursday night and an acoustic happy hour on Fridays from 5 PM – 7 PM. You can read more about the bar’s other rotating events on their website. 

3. The Living Room Lounge & Bar at W Scottsdale Hotel

The W Scottsdale is one of the best hotels in Old Town Scottsdale that offers guests an electric party atmosphere in the heart of the city. 4. Wasted Grain

Wasted Grain is a large, open-air garden and nightclub in the Scottsdale Entertainment District. You’ll find comfortable seating, foliage walls, a dance floor, three bars, oversized games, and more great activities. If you’re looking for a dog-friendly place to visit, Wasted Grain allows dogs on their outdoor patio. They also serve craft cocktails and have bottle service. 

One of the most popular things to do at Wasted Grain is listening to live music—the venue hosts popular musicians and DJs on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. You can visit their website to discover which acts are performing next. 

5. Pasta Brioni

If you want to find a mellow dining atmosphere in the Scottsdale Entertainment District that will satisfy everyone in your group, visit Pasta Brioni. This local Italian restaurant has been serving Old Town Scottsdale for over 20 years, and it is the perfect location for any event—from an intimate dinner to a business meeting. 

Pasta Brioni is known for its house-made pasta, homemade ravioli, and specialty dishes that rotate daily. They serve wines by the glass and great barrel-aged cocktails at the bar, including a Manhattan and Negroni. They also have happy hour specials from 4:30 PM to close on Sunday to Wednesday and 4:30 PM – 6 PM on Thursday to Saturday. 

6. Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails

Are you looking for one of the trendiest bars in the Scottsdale Entertainment District with a new, modern feel? You need to check out Hi Fi Kitchen and Cocktails—the venue features a music-centric, retro theme that’s perfect for celebrating birthdays, bachelorette parties, and more. You can book private events and parties on the restaurant’s website.
