Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) Add-On*

The Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) policy is an optional add-on that provides greater flexibility for cancellations within the property’s refund window.

• Cost is 12% of the booking total and can be selected on the booking page.
• You must purchase the policy at the time of booking—the 12% surcharge is non-refundable and is not included in any refunded amount.
• By purchasing CFAR at the time of booking, you are able to cancel your trip at least 72 hours (3 calendar days) prior to arrival.

When you cancel at least 72 hours (three calendar days) prior to your scheduled check-in time:

• You will receive a refund of the room rate, housekeeping, taxes and accidental damage policy
• Refund excludes 12% CFAR surcharge and 6.5% processing fee
• To cancel, submit a written request to [email protected].
• Cancellations less than 72 hours prior will result in no refund (100% is charged).

*Exclusions apply for the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Waste Management.

General Cancellation Policy (Without CFAR) based on policy at the time of booking:

If you do not purchase the CFAR policy, the following refund rules apply to all homes:

• Cancel outside the property’s refund window: 100% of refundable charges returned, less 6.5% processing fees. No exceptions.
• Cancel inside the property’s refund window: 0% refunded (full amount charged), no exceptions or partial refunds.
• The 6.5% processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
