Starfire Golf Club

The clubhouse has a GREAT happy hour and weekend breakfast. Clubhouse is within walking distance (less than 1/4 mile south). You may use the back gate to the golf course to walk to the clubhouse, or down the front sidewalk.

Clubhouse restaurant hours: 11am-6pm Monday - Friday. 8:30am-3pm Saturday and Sunday

Breakfast 8:30am-10:30am Saturday and Sunday

Hours may change depending on seasonal needs. Please confirm hours and menu for changes.

-There Is An Additional Guest Fee Of $100 Per Person Per Night Over 10 Guests To Cover Additional Linens, Towels, Supplies, Blow-Up Bed Setup And Wear And Tear On The Property.

-Pool Heating Is An Option And Is An Additional $150 Per Day With A 3 Day Minimum. Please Arrange This 72 Hours Prior To Arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The traveler's credit card is not charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM

Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

RENTAL CONTRACT

A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.

CITY INFO AND RULES

-Must be a minimum of 30 years of age to book this property.

-Our homes have a minimum of 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays.

-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.

-Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.

-Guests agree to comply with the City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals:

Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.

-No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:

-Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;

-Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;

-Housing sex offenders;

-Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home;

-Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography;

-Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing.

-No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.

-All vacation and short-term rentals have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.

Terms & Conditions

Terms:

Guest agrees that the terms and conditions of the Short-Term Rental Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by this reference and Guest adopts, approves, and agrees to be bound by the Short-Term Rental Agreement;

In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Owner and/or property management company shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest's family, guests, invitees, or their respective property arising from the use and occupancy of the Premises by Guest or Guest’s invitees.

Payment:

The individual who reserved the property attests that the credit card used is in their name and authorizes it to be charged for this reservation

The full balance is due 60-days prior to arrival. Travelers who cancel or modify at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Travelers who cancel or modify their reservation dates or number of guests after that point will not get a refund unless they have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

A $2,500 excessive noise deposit shall be authorized (not charged) 3 days prior to occupancy and released the day after departure providing there aren’t noise issues.

Guidelines:

If there are any signs of an unruly gathering, an unauthorized party or unauthorized guests at the property, a $2,500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file and may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement, and the Guests' immediate removal.

We expect a reasonable attempt to leave the property as nice as it was when you arrived. There will be a $250 or more additional cleaning fee if it is obvious that little or no effort was put in to clean up on the part of the guests.

If any vaping/smoking is detected after departure, there will be a $1,000 charge.

The house was amazing for a group of 11 guys. Everything was provided and communication with staff was great. I cannot stress how clean and well stocked the residence was with basic necessities. Every member of the group thoroughly enjoyed their visit and would absolutely book for a future trip!

We had a great stay at the home, if only Phoenix weather had cooperated would have been even better (was a Surprisingly rainy week). The homes outdoor space and indoor and outdoor activities were great. Separation of bedrooms worked well for my night-owl tweens. Easy to use bbq, gigantic tvs, putting green in back was a lot of fun.

Excellent location and awesome property for 8 mature goling buddies. Clean, fully equipped and diversified which helped our group happily meet all of our needs. Proxmate to everything you could require, including great restuarants and golf. We enjouyed clean and high end grilling, cooking and cleaning materials as well as throughful entertainment facilities throughout the property. All of the little things like oils, coffee, paper towls and nice towels/sheets were provided.A responsive, flexible and receptive SWSS property management team helped us with any questions or issues we had. We're looking forward to staying with them again. Nice job guys...Scott and the Rattlesnake Team from Canada
