Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and operate the majority of our homes all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. Our homes are less than 5 minutes from our office and because of this, we can literally be at any one of them almost immediately. We have a minimum of 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays.

This pool is a diving pool with a 9' deepend (north) and 3-4' shallow end (south). Heating the pool is an option with additional cost of $150/day.

-Doors: All doors leading to pool are equipped with self-closing hinges and some with a safety latch at the top of the door. When underaged minors are present, please assure safety latches are utilized to prevent unaccompanied minors from entering the pool area.
-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home. Interior is equipped with marijuana/cigarette/cigar/pipe smoke detectors located in the duct work system.
-All duct work is professionally cleaned regularly
STARFIRE GOLF CLUB
The clubhouse has a GREAT happy hour and weekend breakfast. Clubhouse is within walking distance (less than 1/4 mile south). You may use the back gate to the golf course to walk to the clubhouse, or down the front sidewalk.
Clubhouse restaurant hours: 11am-6pm Monday - Friday. 8:30am-3pm Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast 8:30am-10:30am Saturday and Sunday

BOOKING INFO
To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.
For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property. Please see our FAQ page for recommendations.
NOISE DEPOSIT / AUTHORIZATION
A $2,500 noise deposit (authorization) is processed to the credit card on file 3 days before arrival, and will be released the day after departure, providing there aren't any noise issues. This is not a charge to your card, only an authorization. Excessive noise would constitute constant yelling/screaming or blaring music at the property. Kids making noise while playing in the pool is fine. This is not a party home and we need to be respectful of the neighborhood.
Must be at a minimum of 30 years old to book our property.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
There is an additional guest fee of $100 per person per night for over 10 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, blow-up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.
Pool heating is optional at $150/day. Please inquire 72 hours prior to arrival.
We offer baby items for a small per-visit rental fee.
TRANSPORTATION INFO/OPTIONS
-On-site Rental Cars are available.
-Rideshare may be used.
-If you're looking for other means of transportation and a driver (10-passenger sprinter vans or SUVs), please us our approved vendor as they know the ins and outs of our homes.
Please note: No Party Buses and No vehicles larger than a 12-passenger sprinter van are allowed at this property
PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
APPROVED VENDORS: For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.

Guests agree to comply with the City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals:
Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:
Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
Housing sex offenders;
Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home;
Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography;
Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing.
No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
All vacation and short-term rentals to have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.

Terms & Conditions
Guest agrees that the terms and conditions of the Short-Term Rental Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by this reference and Guest adopts, approves, and agrees to be bound by the Short-Term Rental Agreement;
In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
The individual who reserved the property attests that the credit card used is in their name and authorizes it to be charged for this reservation.
The full balance is due 60-days prior to arrival. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Travelers who cancel or modify their reservation after that point will not get a refund unless they have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
A $2,500 excessive noise deposit shall be authorized (not charged) 3 days prior to occupancy.
If there are any signs of an unruly gathering, an unauthorized party or unauthorized guests at the property, a $2,500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file and may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement, and the Guest’s immediate removal.
A $1,000 fee will be charged if smoking or vaping is detected after departure.
If the Guest waives the optional damage protection policy, then the Guest authorizes StayWithStyleScottsdale to charge the credit card on file for any damage that occurs during Guests' stay.
We request a reasonable attempt to leave the property as nice as it was when you arrived. There will be a $250 or more additional cleaning fee if it is obvious that little or no effort was put in to clean up on the part of the guests. An additional $250 will be charged if the home needs additional attention.
Any items left over by guests and found by housekeeping will be returned if requested and will be charged to the credit card on file, a $50 handling fee will be added to the total.
Owner and/or property management company shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest's family, guests, invitees, or their respective property arising from the use and occupancy of the Premises by Guest or Guest’s invitees.
