Located in the highly desired Kierland neighborhood, this luxury retreat is completely remodeled, and everything is brand new, from the stylish interiors to the private 9 hole golf course in your private backyard.

A quaint hanging bench and firepit welcomes you to Birdie. This home features cool, contemporary interiors and all the comforts of home. A spacious, open concept great room awaits with a pool table on entry flowing through to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area features a large L shaped sofa, a Smart TV, wet bar and wine cooler for evening sundowners and an electric fireplace for the cooler winter months. The kitchen is fully-equipped with brand new high end appliances and well-stocked with all the kitchen amenities and essentials you need to prepare home cooked meals for family and friends, with ample space to share meals and create lifelong vacation memories.
A Private Oasis in the Desert
Step outside to your private oasis in the desert of Scottsdale! This beautiful home includes an outdoor gazebo with a flat screen TV, a BBQ grill for alfresco dining, a hot tub and heated pool. In addition we’ve included a cornhole, horseshoes, a basketball hoop and a professionally built 9-hole putting green for the ultimate in outdoor entertainment.

The master bedroom is en-suite and the other 4 bedrooms share a bathroom with a beautiful glass walk-in shower, double vanities and backyard access.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 overlooks the backyard with a contemporary custom four poster queen bed.

PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hours noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house. A $1,000 noise deposit (authorization) is processed to the credit card on file 3 days before arrival, and will be released the day after departure, providing there aren't any noise issues. This is not a charge to your card, only an authorization.Even though the property is on a 1/2 acre lot, noise carries, and we need to be respectful of the neighbors while outside. Excessive noise would constitute constant yelling/screaming or blaring music at the property. Kids making noise while playing in the pool is fine. This is not a party home and we need to be respectful of the neighborhood.
- Our homes have a minimum of 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays.
- You must be at a minimum of 30 years old to book this property.
- NO bachelor parties allowed.
- To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.
- For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (ie. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc.), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.
- We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, or cash payments.
Additional Costs:
We charge an extra $50 per day per person for over 8 guests to cover additional towels, linens, supplies, blow up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.
Pool:
The pool runs on a heat pump from 7am to 6pm daily and will warm the pool to approximately 15-20 degrees above the outdoor temperature. The pump does not do a good job when the outdoor temperatures are less than 55 degrees. It runs 24/7 during the winter months.
We offer baby items for a small per-visit rental fee.

Please note: No Party Buses and No vehicles larger than a 12-passenger sprinter van are allowed at this property
Cancellation Policy: The Travelers credit card is NOT charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.
