• Rental Contract: Required and must be signed before check-in. Minimum age 28 to book.

• City Rules: Respect city ordinances and Scottsdale short-term rental laws (no non-residential uses like events, businesses, or parties). 

• Last-Minute Bookings: Additional verification needed for arrivals within 72 hours and for local Arizona residents

• PETS: not permitted

CITY INFO AND RULES

-Must be a minimum of 28 years of age to book this property.

-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.

-Please take note that the City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.

-Guests agree to comply with City of Scottsdale Ordinance laws regarding short-term rentals:

-Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.

-No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:

-Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;

-Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;

-Housing sex offenders is prohibited

-Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home

-Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography

-Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing

-No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
