POOL: The pool is ________’ deep. There are ________2 heating features used for heating the pool:

__________Heat pump – Runs during the day (9 am to 5 pm) and will keep the water temperature approximately 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature. There is no charge for this but the outdoor temperature needs to be above 55 degrees in order for it to run.

____________Propane Heater – If you would like to heat the pool warmer than what the Heat pump can achieve, then we charge $150 a day for this. We can get the pool temperature to approximately 85 degrees using this option.

*** Complimentary gym membership during your stay, HEATED pool and hot tub included in the price, NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT (IF AVAILABLE), premium air beds available, 100 mb wifi and cable TV throughout the home, kids stuff (pack-n-plays, booster seats, high chairs, table and chairs, books, utensils, and cups.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Large smart tv's in every bedroom
  • High-quality mattresses and ALL linens and towels are 100% cotton (ask other property owners about this…)
  • The kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need. If something were to be missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason). It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests
  • Outdoor grill
  • There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want
  • Foil, saran wrap, plastic baggies, and storage containers
  • Toilet paper and paper towels
  • Keurig, full-size coffee maker, coffee grinder and tea kettles
  • Multiple towels (bath, beach, and hand) provided for each guest
  • Bathroom essentials - shampoo/conditioner/blow dryer..etc..

  • 3 car garage and additional parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars

NOISE RULES: A $1,000 refundable excessive noise deposit is required and authorized on the guests' credit card 3 days prior to arrival

During ALL hours, noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level! This is NOT a party house as noise carries and we need to be respectful of the neighbors when outside. Kids playing in the pool during the day is fine.

To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.

For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.

Cancellation Policy: The Traveler's credit card is NOT charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.

The City of Scottsdale ordinances must be adhered to, including all homes shall have a max family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children.) PLEASE CALL US FOR A MORE CONCISE EXPLANATION.

The property can NOT be used as a banquet space or event center.

We do not accept Paypay, Venmo, or cash payments.

Terms & Conditions

If there are any signs of a party being held at the property which was not discussed and agreed to prior to the reservation, a $1,000 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Travelers who cancel after that point, will not receive a refund unless they have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). We expect a reasonable attempt to leave the property as nice as it was when you arrived. There will be a $250 or more additional cleaning fee if it is obvious that no effort was put in to clean up on the part of the guests. The owner shall not be liable and will be held harmless for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest's family, guests, invitees, or their respective property while staying at the rented property StayWithStyleScottsdale is not responsible for the guests' personal items. If something behind which we find, there will be a $25 fee plus shipping costs if it needs to be returned.

Cancellation Policy

60 Days Prior Bookings must be cancelled at least 60 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after 11:59 p.m. on the 60th day prior to check-in may no longer be eligible for a refund.

Check-in / Check-out

We can only confirm early check-in and late check-out 48 hours before arrival. The is no fee for this if approved. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM
