If you're looking for a cool property with the main house, Airstream and incredible outdoor living...you've found it! Welcome to Desert Azul, where this Scottsdale property comes together to create an experience. “Azul” for the sparkling new pool, with waterfall, sitting next to a casita. Azul for the Spanish-inspired seating area that wraps around the back of the house, allowing for families and friends to come together and create memories. “Desert" for our climate & our renovated vintage airstream, which sits on a private deck- creating a boho/zen space. What better way to experience Arizona’s sunsets!

Our pool area has 5 lounge chairs, umbrellas & a comfortable casita with seating area and a TV. The heated pool is 5 feet deep with a Baja shelf & waterfall feature to help you stay cooled off during those hot summer days. Relax in the hot tub. Steps from the casita awaits an outdoor shower area. A large shed nearby is also available for storing pool toys, towels & accessories.
Hang out at the bbq island with a fire pit that seats 6 people. This BBQ includes a 36 inch grill, refrigerator & sits under a shaded pergola. There is an outdoor dining table next to the bbq which seats an additional 10 people, so 18 people can enjoy meals together next to the poo/bbq area.
As you leave the paved pool area and enter the second part of the property, you will enter the games/entertainment section which has a 6-hole putting green, live chess game, ping pong and corn hole.
Facing the gaming area is our favorite section of the property which consists of a full size pickleball court and a fire pit seating area that sits under a private gazebo. Lots of seating areas surrounding the court to enjoy the game!
Desert Azul is proud to offer the first ever fully renovated airstream which sits on the property overlooking the pickleball court. It sits on a private deck with a chiminea, chairs & hammock. This 1984 airstream has been preserved, yet upgraded, to meet new standards and is super fun to stay in: 2 twin beds, futon/sofa, kitchen, shower, new appliances & TV, A/C and heating are all included. This is something we are very proud of and hope our guests will enjoy it as much as we love it!
Indoor living…with a flare!
Once you step into our modern farmhouse, you will understand why this property is unique. Everything from a fully stocked kitchen, to a large living room with 3 seating areas, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms….and an airstream in the backyard with additional sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom.
The primary bedroom has 1 king bed with a futon sofa, and oversized walk in closet. The attached exposed bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and private toilet room. French doors lead out to a spacious deck with a fire pit overlooking the pickle ball court & yard.
Down the hall is our guest bedroom, which consists of a queen size bed, twin size trundle, and French doors which lead out to the center of our private deck area facing the airstream.
Bedroom 3, which sits off of the dining room area, sleeps 6 people comfortably with 2 queen beds and 2 trundles (twins). This newly renovated room has a Barn door that opens up to a large private bathroom with double sink & plenty of shower space, walk in closet, and private toilet room. Those sleeping in this room, can also enjoy a private outdoor patio area which overlooks the desert landscaped front of the property.
Our living room consists of 2 large sofas and private seating areas, along with a gorgeous fireplace to create a cozy space to socialize. Two more French doors open up to our private deck that overlooks the entire backyard space. An outdoor fireplace is just steps outside the main living area, making this area a fun place to hang out after dinner. Lots of card/board games available for use.
Adjacent to the living room, is a large kitchen/dining room area with a fun, vintage bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and gadgets. Coffee machine, electrical kettle, blender, toaster oven, air fryer, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans, Tupperware, silverware, mugs, cups & baking supplies.
A Nespresso machine awaits you every morning- while plenty of work space is available in and near the kitchen area. There are 4 barstools at the kitchen island, and the dining room table comfortably seats 12 people. Just off the dining room area is another set of French doors which lead out to the pool area/cabana.
A Large laundry room/pantry is available for use and accessible from the kitchen.
The front of the house has desert landscape with lighting. There is an RV gate leading to the back of the property and space to hold an RV. There are plenty of paved parking spaces that hold up to 12 cars…there is also a circular driveway.

POOL: This pool runs on a heat pump (electric). It runs 24/7 during fall, winter, and spring, then off in the summer months. In summer, the temperature is approximately 85 degrees. During summer months, no heating is necessary and we are unable to guarantee the temperature of the water. During fall, winter and spring, the heat pump keeps the pool temp about 10-15 degrees above the outdoor temperature.
TVs: All 6 TVs offer Cox Cable with many channels.

The City Of Scottsdale Explicitly Prohibits Excessive Outdoor Noise And Assessed Fines And Penalties Will Be Charged Against The Traveler(S). During ALL Hours Noise And Music MUST Remain At A REASONABLE Level. A $1,000 Excessive Noise Deposit Is Required And Authorized On The Guests' Credit Card 3 Days Prior To Arrival. Excessive noise would constitute constant yelling/screaming or blaring music at the property. Kids making noise while playing in the pool is fine. This is not a party home and we need to be respectful of the neighborhood.

The pool runs on an electric heat pump and runs 24/7 during fall/winter/spring, then it's off during the summer months. The temperature stays at approximately 83-85 degrees during these months, but there is no way to guarantee this based on weather. There is no charge for this but the outdoor temperature needs to be above 55 degrees in order for it to run.
- Our Homes Have A Minimum Of 3-Night Weekend Stays And 2-Night Weekday Stays.
- You Must Be At A Minimum Of 35 Years Old To Book This Property.
- No Bachelor Parties Or Events Allowed.
- To Be Fair To All Potential Guests, The Property Can Only Be Reserved By Making A Deposit And Will Not Be Held By Verbal Commitments.
- For Any Services Ordered That Will Be Conducted At The Property (Ie. Caterer, Chef, Yoga, Grocery Delivery, Etc.), Only Approved Vendors Are Allowed On The Property.
- We Do Not Accept PayPal, Venmo, Or Cash Payments.
- This Property Is Not As Child-Friendly As Some Of Our Other Properties As There Is No Pool Fence.
There is an additional guest fee of $50 per person per night for over 12 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, blow-up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.
We offer baby items for a small per-visit rental fee.
The Travelers Credit Card Is NOT Charged Until 90 Days From Arrival So Those Who Cancel At Least 90 Days Before Check-In Will Not Be Charged. If You Cancel After That Point, You Will Not Receive A Refund Unless You Have Purchased Our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Policy.

Guest agrees that the terms and conditions of the Short-Term Rental Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by this reference and Guest adopts, approves, and agrees to be bound by the Short-Term Rental Agreement;
In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail
The individual who reserved the property attests that the credit card used is in their name and authorizes it to be charged for this reservation
The full balance is due 90-days prior to arrival. Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Travelers who cancel or modify their reservation after that point will not get a refund unless they have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
A $2,500 noise deposit shall be authorized (not charged) 3 days prior to occupancy.
If there are any signs of an unruly gathering, an unauthorized party or unauthorized guests at the property, a $2,500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file and may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement, and the Guests' immediate removal.
If the Guest waives the optional damage protection policy, then the Guest authorizes StayWithStyleScottsdale to charge the credit card on file for any damage that occurs during Guests' stay.
We expect a reasonable attempt to leave the property as nice as it was when you arrived. There will be a $250 or more additional cleaning fee if it is obvious that little or no effort was put in to clean up on the part of the guests.
Any items left over by guests and found by housekeeping will be returned if requested and will be charged to the credit card on file, a $50 handling fee will be added to the total.
Owner and/or property management company shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest's family, guests, invitees, or their respective property arising from the use and occupancy of the Premises by Guest or Guest’s invitees.
