- 5’ deep with a baja shelf and waterfall feature. This pool runs on an electric heat pump. It runs 24/7 during fall, winter, and spring, then off in the summer months. In summer, the temperature is approximately 85 degrees. During summer months, no heating is necessary and we are unable to guarantee the temperature of the water. During fall, winter and spring, the heat pump keeps the pool temp about 10-15 degrees above the outdoor temperature.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The traveler's credit card is not charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

RENTAL CONTRACT
A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.
CITY INFO AND RULES
-Must be a minimum of 30 years of age to book this property.
-Our homes have a minimum of 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays.
-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.
-Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.

Terms:
Guest agrees that the terms and conditions of the Short-Term Rental Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by this reference and Guest adopts, approves, and agrees to be bound by the Short-Term Rental Agreement;
In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
There will be additional charges for any damage to linens, towels (all sizes), and comforters. Damages include stains, rips/tears, cuts, and missing items. Photos will be provided and the replacement cost will be charged to the card on file. The replacement costs of these items can be found in the rental agreement.
Owner and/or property management company shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest's family, guests, invitees, or their respective property arising from the use and occupancy of the Premises by Guest or Guest’s invitees.
Payment:
The individual who reserved the property attests that the credit card used is in their name and authorizes it to be charged for this reservation
The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Travelers who cancel or modify their reservation dates or number of guests after that point will not get a refund unless they have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
A $1,000 excessive noise deposit shall be authorized (not charged) 3 days prior to occupancy and released the day after departure providing there aren’t noise issues.
Guidelines:
If there are any signs of an unruly gathering, an unauthorized party or unauthorized guests at the property, a $2,500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file and may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement, and the Guests' immediate removal.
We expect a reasonable attempt to leave the property as nice as it was when you arrived. There will be a $250 or more additional cleaning fee if it is obvious that little or no effort was put in to clean up on the part of the guests.
