Pool

-Community pool is about a 3 minute walk and is heated from October through April. The pool is approx 4.5’ deep.

EXTRAS INCLUDED

-Kitchen amenities: teapot, coffee maker (pod style), aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic bags, storage containers, towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a variety of spices, oils, condiments, and all necessary items for the maximum number of guests. For long-term bookings, we will start you with a “starter pack” on these items and you may purchase additional, as needed

-Bedrooms: cozy, 100% cotton linens/towels, premium mattresses, pillows, and television sets in each room

-Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, toilet paper, bath/pool/hand towels supplied for every guest. Starter pack provided.

-Laundry facilities: full-sized washer and dryer, laundry soap, iron, ironing board. Starter pack provided.

-Community swimming pool: pool towels included

-Internet connectivity: 100Mbps Wi-Fi throughout the property

PETS

CANCELLATION POLICY

The traveler's credit card is not charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our CFAR cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

Check-out time is at 10:00 AM

Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

RENTAL CONTRACT

A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.

CITY INFO AND RULES

-Must be a minimum of 28 years of age to book this property.

-Deposit of $500 required at time of booking. This goes toward your final payment. It is refundable if cancellation takes place within our cancellation period.

-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.

-Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
