Terms:
The Guest acknowledges that the terms and conditions of the Short-Term Rental Agreement are incorporated into this document by reference. The Guest accepts, agrees to, and is bound by the Short-Term Rental Agreement.
Should any conflict arise between the Short-Term Rental Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will take precedence.
The Owner and/or property management company shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury to the Guest, their family, visitors, invitees, or their respective property resulting from the Guest’s or their invitees’ use and occupancy of the Premises.
Payment:
The individual booking the property confirms that the credit card provided belongs to them and authorizes its use for charges related to this reservation.
The full payment is due 30 days before the arrival date. Guests who cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications to reservation dates or the number of guests made less than 30 days before check-in will not be refunded unless the Guest has purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.
Guidelines:
If evidence of an disruptive gathering, unauthorized party, or unapproved guests is found at the property, a $1,000 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This may also lead to the immediate termination of this Agreement and the prompt removal of the Guests from the property.
Guests are expected to make a reasonable effort to leave the property in a condition similar to how it was upon arrival. An additional cleaning fee of $250 or more will be applied if it’s clear that minimal or no effort was made to clean up.
