Welcome to StayWithStyleScottsdale (SWSS)! We are a Husband and Wife team with the most stylish and spacious luxury vacation rentals in Scottsdale. We OWN and operate the majority of our homes, all located in Scottsdale, so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. Our homes are less than 5 minutes from our office, and because of this, we can literally be at any of them almost immediately. We have a minimum of 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays.
This newly renovated home has over 6,000 square feet in a QUIET neighborhood. This is our best property and we have customized it to accommodate a high-end clientele such as C-level executives, professional athletes, and LOW-KEY entertaining. The expansive interior provides spacious living areas and bedrooms. Come and enjoy gorgeous indoor/outdoor living with lush surroundings on an acre lot. There is plenty of space for everyone! All bedrooms have adjoining baths. Amenities include a theater room with reclining seats. All bedrooms have adjoining baths. We also set it up for guests who are planning to have a caterer or chef as there is a separate island and refrigerator set up for entertaining. The entire home is filled with luxury furnishings from Restoration Hardware and other high-end manufacturers. Interior renovation and all new furnishings completed October 2021. This is the best of all 20 of our properties!
The outdoor space is COMPLETELY private and with trees and oleanders surrounding the entire property. We have built a gorgeous firepit with a large 8' gabion rock wall that is great for photoshoots. There is also a very large mostly shaded grass area in the backyard that is great for yoga, cornhole, working out, and just relaxing. There is an outdoor kitchen for grilling and entertaining.
There is a very large 4 car garage where one side of it has a restoration hardware ping pong table.

BEDROOM 7: 2 full-sized canopy beds with ensuite bath
BEDROOM 8 (sleeping area off of Primary suite): Trundle with 2 twin beds (adjoining primary bath)

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE:
- Large smart TVs in every bedroom
- Ping Pong and Corn Hole games
- High-quality mattresses and ALL linens and towels are 100% cotton (ask other property owners about this…)
- The kitchen has pretty much everything anyone would need. If something were to be missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason). It has enough dishes, silverware, glasses, blender, and towels to accommodate the max number of guests
- Outdoor grill
- There is usually an assortment of spices, oils, and condiments though we do not guarantee to have everything our guests might want
- Foil, plastic wrap, plastic baggies, and storage containers
- Toilet paper and paper towels
- Keurig, full-size coffee maker, coffee grinder, and tea kettles
- Multiple towels (kitchen, bath, pool, and hand) are provided for each guest
- Bathroom essentials - shampoo/conditioner/blow dryer, etc.
- Full size washer/dryer
- Keyless entry
- 2 car garage and free parking in the driveway that accommodates about 6 cars
To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.
For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property. Please see our FAQ page for recommendations.
NOISE DEPOSIT / AUTHORIZATION
A $2,500 noise deposit is required and is authorized to the guests' card 3 days prior to arrival. This will not be charged unless noise violations occur.
Excessive noise violations are in effect at ALL hours of the day. From 9 PM to 8 AM each day, if you expect noise levels to be more than a normal conversation, please move inside the home.
- No Bachelor OR Bachelorette parties allowed
- Must be at a minimum of 35 years old to book our property
The only transportation vendor the guests may use is below as they know the ins and outs of our homes:

The pool is 3’ deep at the shallow end and 5' in the deep end
- Gas Heater – Heating the pool is an option and is $200/day with a 3 day minimum. Please arrange this option 72 hours prior to arrival
PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (i.e. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.
Cancellation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will receive a full refund. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.

Guests agree to comply with the City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals:
Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:
Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
Housing sex offenders;
Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home;
Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography;
Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing.
No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
All vacation and short-term rentals to have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.
