Guest agrees that the terms and conditions of the Short-Term Rental Agreement are hereby incorporated herein by this reference and Guest adopts, approves, and agrees to be bound by the Short-Term Rental Agreement;
In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail
The individual who reserved the property attests that the credit card used is in their name and authorizes it to be charged for this reservation
The full balance is due 60-days prior to arrival. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Travelers who cancel or modify their reservation after that point will not get a refund unless they have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
A $1,000 excessive noise deposit shall be authorized (not charged) 3 days prior to occupancy. This will only be charged if noise violations occur.
If there are any signs of an unruly gathering, an unauthorized party or unauthorized guests at the property, a $2,500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file and may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement, and the Guest’s immediate removal.
If the Guest waives the optional damage protection policy, then the Guest authorizes StayWithStyleScottsdale to charge the credit card on file for any damage that occurs during Guests' stay.
We expect a reasonable attempt to leave the property as nice as it was when you arrived. There will be a $250 or more additional cleaning fee if it is obvious that little or no effort was put in to clean up on the part of the guests.
Any items left over by guests and found by housekeeping will be returned if requested and will be charged to the credit card on file, a $50 handling fee will be added to the total.
Owner and/or property management company shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the Guest, Guest's family, guests, invitees, or their respective property arising from the use and occupancy of the Premises by Guest or Guest’s invitees.
