Luxe is an impressive 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom family home situated on a 1 acre resort lot in North Scottsdale with elegant interiors and a resort-style backyard that impress even the most distinguished traveler. An exceptional Scottsdale retreat for large groups, family reunions or your next Arizona golf getaway.
Elegant Comfort
This spectacular Scottsdale vacation home boasts 5,500 sf of exceptional interiors with ample space for large groups to spread out or gather in style and comfort. Luxe features a formal living room with an oversized sofa, fireplace and flat screen TV, a dining room and a separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The professionally designed and remodeled kitchen has both the novice and skilled chef in mind with gourmet Thermador appliances/6 burner gas range with griddle.
In addition, this home has a Billiard room with a 70” smart TV and a beautiful custom-built pool table next to the fireplace, and a large media and games room. This spacious room has a built-in bar with mini-fridge and bar sink and a large game table. It is equipped with a brand new 80” TV and amazing sound system that is WiFi/Bluetooth enabled which can be played throughout the house. It has 2 sets of French doors leading to a large outdoor patio.
The house has 10 HD Smart TV’s throughout the home where guests can enjoy their favorite shows via Cable TV or streaming video anywhere they please. The rooms are equipped with their individual speakers so music can be played anywhere.
A Resort-Style Outdoor Playground
Luxe impresses on every level with sprawling manicured grounds and one acre of pure outdoor pleasure! The resort-style grassy backyard again offers plenty of space to gather and play with covered patios and courtyards, chic outdoor furnishings, a new 70-inch TV, BBQ grill, fire pit and a massive teak outdoor eating table that will seat up to 12 for alfresco dining. Outdoor games include a 3-hole putting green, Standing shuffleboard, and ping pong Table. Your private sparkling heated saline pool is a treat to dip into after playing and lounging poolside, followed by a soothing soak in the 8-person hot tub. Note: There is no longer a child's outdoor playset in the backyard.
The pool is 3’ deep at the shallow end and 5’ deep by the waterfall and there are 2 heating features used for heating the pool. The heat pump runs during the day (9 am to 5 pm) keeping the water temperature approximately 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature. There is no charge for this, but the outdoor temperature needs to be above 55 degrees in order for it to run. If you would like to heat the pool warmer than this, we charge an additional cost for a propane heater which will get the pool temperature to approximately 85 degrees.

Luxe is the ideal vacation home for large groups visiting Scottsdale and comfortably sleeps 18 guests in 7 luxurious bedrooms (14 guests can sleep in their own bed without doubling up)! Your night of comfort includes plush high-quality mattresses, freshly ironed 100% cotton linens, towels and bathroom essentials, and smart TVs in every bedroom. Two en-suite bedrooms (each with a king-sized bed) are conveniently located on the main floor and a gorgeous hardwood winding staircase leads to the large primary master suite as well as two other bedrooms on the upper level of the home.
BEDROOM DETAILS:
Master Bedroom: The master suite is on the upper level with a unique artful screen to the master balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the backyard and a spiral staircase leading down to the hot tub. This elegant space features a king-size bed, an inviting fireplace, large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and custom his and her vanities.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 is upstairs and includes twin bunk beds. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom 3 is upstairs and includes twin beds that can be arranged as a king on request and is large enough to add an air bed or pack-n-play. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom with bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4: Bedroom 4 is on the main level of the home and features a king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Bedroom 5 is located off the media room with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with 2 doors. You may access this bathroom from the hallway and the media room. French doors leading to the outside patio and pool.
Bedroom 6: Bedroom 6 doubles up as a home office and includes a king-size bed.
Bunkroom 7: The bunkroom is a spacious 400 sf room located near the media and games room. There are two twin bunks with trundles to sleep 6 guests.

PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hours noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. A $2,500 noise deposit (authorization) is processed to the credit card on file 3 days before arrival and will be released the day after departure, providing there aren't any noise issues. This is not a charge to your card, only an authorization. Excessive noise would constitute constant yelling/screaming or blaring music at the property. Kids making noise while playing in the pool is fine. This is not a party home and we need to be respectful of the neighborhood.
TRANSPORTATION INFO / OPTIONS:
- On-site rental cars are available. Inquire 7 days prior to arrival.
- Rental cars and rideshare from the airport may be used.
-If you're looking for a private driver for an SUV or passenger van, please use our approved vendor, as they know the in's and out's of our homes.
- Our homes have a minimum of 3-night weekend stays and 2-night weekday stays.
- You must be at a minimum of 30 years old to book this property.
- No bachelor parties allowed.
- To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.
- For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (ie. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc.), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.
- This home features a 3 car garage and free parking in the driveway.
- We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, or cash payments.
Additional Costs:
There is an additional guest fee of $100 per person per night for over 14 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, blow-up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.
Pool heating is optional at $200/day with a 3-day minimum. Please arrange this at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Pool Heating..... The Heat-Pump Runs During The Day And Will Keep The Water Temperature Approximately 15-20 Degrees Warmer Than The Outside Temperature And We Do Not Charge For This. We Also Can Use The Propane Heater To Heat The Pool If The Heat Pump Is Not Able To Keep The Pool At 85 Degrees And We Charge $200/Day With A 3-Day Minimum. This Option Will Heat The Pool To Approximately 85 Degrees Even During The Coldest Arizona Outdoor Temperatures. Please Arrange This 72 Hours Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The Travelers credit card is NOT charged until 90 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.

Guests agree to comply with the City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals:
Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:
Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
Housing sex offenders;
Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home;
Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography;
Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing.
No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
All vacation and short-term rentals to have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.
