Terms:

The Guest acknowledges that the terms and conditions of the Short-Term Rental Agreement are incorporated into this document by reference. The Guest accepts, agrees to, and is bound by the Short-Term Rental Agreement.

Should any conflict arise between the Short-Term Rental Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will take precedence.

The Owner and/or property management company shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury to the Guest, their family, visitors, invitees, or their respective property resulting from the Guest’s or their invitees’ use and occupancy of the Premises.

Payment:

The individual booking the property confirms that the credit card provided belongs to them and authorizes its use for charges related to this reservation.

The full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. Guests who cancel at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications to reservation dates or the number of guests made less than 60 days before check-in will not be refunded unless the Guest has purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.

Guidelines:

If evidence of a disruptive gathering, unauthorized party, or unapproved guests is found at the property, a $1,000 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This may also lead to the immediate termination of this Agreement and the prompt removal of the Guests from the property.

Guests are expected to make a reasonable effort to leave the property in a condition similar to how it was upon arrival. An additional cleaning fee of $250 or more will be applied if it’s clear that minimal or no effort was made to clean up.

Fantastic location for the 12 of us. I hosted a pilates/pool retreat for friends. This was the ideal space. Everyone had a place to retreat to with their own bathroom and plenty of space to mingle, cook and exercise. Darlene was an excellent contact. She answered all my questions. Kept in contact with me through the check in process. And sent out her guys when we had a couple issues with ac and icemaker. Housekeeping staff was excellent. We arrived to an immaculate home. Would recommend this for retreats, families and other groups looking for a high end, well-located venue.

The house is fully equipped with impeccable attention to detail and conveniently located for easy access to shopping, off site activities and entertainment. The Stay with Style team has streamlined check in / check out procedure with digital guide book to facilitate your stay. I HIGHLY recommend using their concierge service Your Domestique to support your group/event. They offer a multiptude of customizable services and coordinated an incredible on site chef to support our curated wine dinners , plus provided bar staff , glassware, mixology classes and coordinated/booked our excursions. This added touch made for a very memorable experience for the group. We will definitely be back!

Our group plans a vacation nearly every year. We always have a great time, but sometimes the houses in the areas we're in are not exactly what we expect. This house was BY FAR the best house our group has stayed in. The pictures accurately represented the house both in quality and layout. Everyone in our group had a comfortable part of the house to themselves. The location was great. Ubers arrived quickly and it didn't take long for us to arrive at our destination. In addition to loving the house and the location, the SWSS group was extremely helpful in planning our vacation. We arrived with a stocked fridge from their conciege service. That same service obtained quotes for various activities and transportation options so we could plan the outings that would best serve our group. I had one reason to text SWSS when we first arrived and I received an immediate response. Even though the reason for the text was not related to a problem or issue, I did feel like if we had a problem it would have been handled promptly. I would love to stay at the Modern Compound again, but if I needed a different sized house, I would work exclusively with SWSS for any future rental in Scottsdale.

We have the privilage of working with Darlene in planning our family getaway. From our initial interaction until the moment we checked out, we were treated like royalty. Darlene accommodated our every request and exceeded out expectations in every way. The communication was clear and prompt. During our stay any questions were promptly handled with professionalism. Vincent met us at the house to get us settled and to go over all the systems and explain the home's ammenities. He was professional, helpful, and friendly.   The night we arrived we were greeted with a thunderstrom that caused a lot of leaves and debris in the pool. Stay With Scottsdale anticipated our needs and had the pool service tech there the next morning to clean up from the storm.    The Modern Compound is a spectatular home: the beds were super comfortable (some of even tried to checked out the brand so we could duplicate them for home), the kitchen was stocked with every possible appliance, cooking tools, and basic pantry items, the ammenities (pool, pool table, putting green, ping pong, fire pit, hot tub, corn hole...) were enjoyed by all. We used the pool house for morning yoga and spent the majority of our days enjoying the pool and outdoor space. We had an amazing time!! Having stayed at many vacation rentals in the past, this stay is at the top of our list! We are already planning our next family trip and will be in touch! Thanks again!

Our group stayed at the ModernCompound for a weekend, and it did not disappoint! This property is immaculate! The beds are amazing, and plentiful, and the hosts are incredible as well. The house was super clean and well kept, check in was a breeze, and the hosts were always available to us for anything we would have needed, if the house didn't already have it all! If the house wasn't enough, the secondary house at the pool is incredible! I hope we can stay at the ModernCompound again in the future! Thank you RD and Darlene for making our stay so easy and joyful, we really did have an amazing time!

We had all of our extended family together, about 20 of us at the house. This house had something for everyone. We were in the pool and hot tub all day, there was a putting green, ping pong table and pool table and plenty of space for people to escape the noise. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen/living room were big enough for everyone. The location was great, very central to everything. The management was great, anything we needed they were right there. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is exactly as expected! So beautiful, so clean, so spacious! My friends & I loved our stay here as it could accomoodate some poolside yoga practices :) Bathrooms were incredible, beds were very comfy, & kitchen came with some stocked items pre-arrival! I travel often, and this was one of the most beautiful and clean places I've stayed. The place is massive and was impeccably clean. The bunkhouse had a neat setup, and it felt very new in there. We didn't utilize the top bunks, but do keep in my they are pretty high up off the floor. Customer service was amazing from start to finish. They thoroughly explain all of the processes and procedures, and offer amazing suggestions to help improve your stay. The pool was a hit during the day, and the jacuzzi in the evenings was the perfect place to relax for a quiet evening.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals.  I would return again!

The location is prime with so much to do in the area. The house itself was perfect for entertaining, relaxing, fun and cooperate meetings as they is what we used it for! Book and stay .. you won't be sorry! You will be thankful you did !

This modern compound was everything we hoped for and more. We couldnt believe how nice the place was when we walked in. The layout was nothing short of amazing and accommodated everyone easily. The management was wonderful and continued to follow up making sure we had everything we needed. There is nothing bad to say about to place. I can't wait to go back. I would give 10 stars if able. Thanks again RD and the rest of Mgmt. You guys did an amazing job with this house.

This house is EVERYTHING! RD and team truly have a gem on their hands with this one. My guests and I stayed this past weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and it's many amenities! We're still talking about how awesome it was and how much fun we had, simply chilling poolside and engaging in the relaxing outdoor space. 4.3.21 will be a day I'll remember forever! I was proposed to at the Modern Compound. I'm marrying the love of my life and this house served as a wonderful backdrop to the surprise engagement. We can’t wait to visit again. This may be a yearly trip for us! Thanks for the wonderful memories! Book this house! You won't be disappointed!

We had six adult couples plus six 18yr old boys and seven younger teen girls. The space was large enough for everyone to spread out and not feel claustrophobic. Between bag toss, pool, hot tub, ping pong, putting green, pool table, and TV's everywhere it was easy to stay entertained. The gas fire pit was a nice place to hang out at night and puts off enough heat for cool nights. Cooking for a large group was smooth as there was plenty of equipment and in the kitchen there was space for several to maneuver. Randy was very quick to respond to requests and questions and even delivered a set of poker chips so we didn't have to go buy them.

StaywithStylescottsdale was the prefect location to conduct a three-day business conference. Location, home amenities, modern style and relaxing environmnet was a 5-Star accommodation!! Our entire leadership team can't wait to visit another property in the future!! Thanks to the entire staff for making this one of our favorite locations to conduct business!!

Every year 8 of us take a golf trip somewhere in the U.S. and we use VRBO to get a house large enough for us to all stay together. This year the house in Scottsdale was far and away the best house we have ever stayed in. From the prestay communication, the owner Randy coming to personally meet us, to the unbelievable property and the private chef (Chef Janelle), it was all incredible! Can not wait to hopefully come stay here again in the future.

This owner thought of everything when renovating this house for guests. You only need to show up and enjoy a clean, modern and spacious compound! Our group normally selects a new city each year for our annual golf outing. We voted to come back to this property next year - it''s that nice!

Great property, exactly as advertised. Property is perfect for a large group or multiple families. The design is beautiful, modern and clean. Everything from bedding to dishes is super high quality. Owner is also extremely responsive to questions or any issues. Great, easy stay!

I had an unbelievable experience at the Modern Compound property. This place has everything you could possibly need. On top of that Randy was always available and accommodated all of our needs. I''ve stayed at so many Airbnb and vacation rental properties over the last few years. This place was top notch.

Amazing experience! We held a corporate leadership retreat here and it was simply ideal. Incredible attention to detail, the fit and finish all around the house was spectacular. Access to a concierge service was a huge bonus! The owners were gracious and accessible, wonderful hosts. Highly recommended!

Randy and DeeDee were incredibly welcoming and a pleasure to do business with. Not only have they built a property that is pristine and well thought out for larger groups (we were 15 and could have had 30 easily), they helped us with recommendations on where to go with contacts they have in Scottsdale. They get my highest recommendation and I look forward to coming back in the near future. Property was immaculate, and perfect for a relaxing vacation getaway! It was spacious and had everything we needed for our girls weekend. The concierge service, provided through the rental, helped coordinate transportation to and from the airport, booked a private chef, provisioned the house for the weekend, and made dinner reservations. The property owner is great, very accommodating, and accessible. Definitely would recommend Stay With Style Scottsdale to anyone looking for a rental in Scottsdale; you cannot go wrong with any of their properties. Absolutely booking with them again!!
