Pool: The Pool Is 3’ Deep At Each End And 5' In The Middle. There Are 2 Heating Features Used For Heating The Pool. The Heat Pump Runs During The Day (9 Am To 5 Pm) And Will Keep The Water Temperature Approximately 15-20 Degrees Warmer Than The Outside Air Temperature. There Is No Charge For This, But The Outdoor Temperature Needs To Be Above 55 Degrees In Order For It To Run. If You Would Like To Heat The Pool Warmer Than What The Heat Pump Can Achieve, Then We Offer The Option Of A Propane Heater At An Additional Charge Of $200 A Day. We Can Get The Pool Temperature To Approximately 85 Degrees Using This Option.
EVERYTHING In This Exclusive Scottsdale Vacation Home Including The Pool, Front And Back Yard Is Brand-New With Custom Features Throughout. The Home Is Equipped With A Sonos Sound System With Speakers Throughout Both Structures As Well As The Backyard. A $2,500 Noise Deposit (Authorization) Is Processed To The Credit Card On File 3 Days Before Arrival And Will Be Released The Day After Departure Providing There Aren't Any Noise Issues. This Is Not A Charge To Your Card, Only An Authorization.

- Our Homes Have A Minimum Of 3-Night Weekend Stays And 2-Night Weekday Stays.

- No Bachelor Parties Or Events Allowed.
- To Be Fair To All Potential Guests, The Property Can Only Be Reserved By Making A Deposit And Will Not Be Held By Verbal Commitments.
- For Any Services Ordered That Will Be Conducted At The Property (Ie. Caterer, Chef, Yoga, Grocery Delivery, Etc.), Only Approved Vendors Are Allowed On The Property.
- We Do Not Accept PayPal, Venmo, Or Cash Payments.
- This Property Is Not As Child-Friendly As Some Of Our Other Properties As There Is No Pool Fence.
There is an additional guest fee of $100 per person per night for over 19 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, blow-up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.
Pool heating is an option and is $200/day with a 3-day minimum. Please arrange this at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
Pool Heating..... The Heat-Pump Runs During The Day And Will Keep The Water Temperature Approximately 15-20 Degrees Warmer Than The Outside Temperature And We Do Not Charge For This. We Also Can Use The Propane Heater To Heat The Pool If The Heat Pump Is Not Able To Keep The Pool At 85 Degrees And We Charge $200/Day With A 3-Day Minimum. This Option Will Heat The Pool To Approximately 85 Degrees Even During The Coldest Arizona Outdoor Temperatures. Please Arrange This 72 Hours Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: The Travelers Credit Card Is NOT Charged Until 90 Days From Arrival So Those Who Cancel At Least 90 Days Before Check-In Will Not Be Charged. If You Cancel After That Point, You Will Not Receive A Refund Unless You Have Purchased Our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Policy.

Guests agree to comply with the City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals:
Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:
Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
Housing sex offenders;
Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home;
Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography;
Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing.
No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
All vacation and short-term rentals to have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.
