Our property is in the best part of Scottsdale, right in between Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter and Old Town Scottsdale. A quick 10-minute drive to the most popular spots.

Good to Know

• Pool heating is included at no additional charge. 

• The pool is heated by a heat pump (runs 24/7 in fall, winter and spring) that normally heats the pool about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature. We cannot guarantee a specific temperature. Heat pumps are off from May 1 to September 30. Please inquire about pricing and availability if you would like the heat pump on between May 1 and September 30.

• Child safety pool fence available for an additional fee

A Few Practical Notes

• Concierge services are available. Outside vendors must be pre-approved/vetted with proper insurance.

• On-site rental cars available. Please inquire. 

• Enjoy a discount for stays of 7 days or more!

• Flexible Cancel for Any Reason Policy available for peace of mind. Black out dates apply.

• Cancellation Policy: Will be displayed at time of check out. Either 30 or 60 days prior to arrival based on property type.

• Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out. Early/late options may be available for a fee (approval required) within 48 hours of arrival

• Rental Contract required and must be signed before check-in

• Minimum age requirements apply

• To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication
  

City Info and Rules 

• Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.

• Guests agree to comply with City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals:

• Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.

• No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose, including but not limited to any of the following: 

• Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes; 

• Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;

• Housing sex offenders is prohibited

• Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home; 

• Selling liquor, controlled substances, or pornography; 

• Operating any adult-oriented business, including nude and topless dancing.

• No person, including an owner or operator, shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.

• Last-Minute Bookings: Additional verification may be required for arrivals within 72 hours or with local Arizona guests.
