We LOVED the property, our kids ranged in ages from 2-14 and everyone....adults included loved the outdoors space and all the games and outdoor fun!

I can't say enough about how special of a trip this was for me and my extended family. 17 of us came together (plus babies and a little pup!) to celebrate my niece graduating from her nursing program. Darlene really went above and beyond to help us settle in with all the extra services they offer. We had several family units traveling by car and plane at different times and from different areas. We were able to arrange a beautiful charcuterie board ready for the travelers on arrival by Bethany (concierge service). Bethany stocked our fridge and counters with drinks, snacks and food items of our choosing, ready for us as we walked in the door. On a side note - my sister is currently going through cancer treatments these past few months - so it was really important for us to have space to spread out and for her to have her own place to retreat to. This place is truly a compound and there was more than enough space for everyone in our group. I really loved the bunkhouse for the adults kids with lots of beds, showers, and their own living area. It was super cool. And the casita offered another space away from the house center. The backyard had lots of activities including a pool with toys and umbrellas, a basketball and pickleball court, pool tables, cornhole and so much more we didn't get to. We capped it off with a lovely and amazing dinner in the private room at Dominick's Steak House - wow! We will remember this trip for a long time to come. It was a beautiful time for our family in so many ways. Thank you for helping us create an amazing trip and we hope to come back again in the future!
The place is great. There are enough comfy beds for 16 guys, and a backyard perfect for games after golf. We would stay again.

The Ultimate Compund house was exactly as pictured and described in the listing, and the entire staff was extremely helpful, extremely prompt to answer, and super accommodating. I would 100% recommend this company and any of their properties to all those looking for a house and stay in Scottsdale. This is now my second property and experience with this company and it will be the only company I use if I ever go to Scottsdale again. Highly recommend! I stayed at the Ultimate Compound for a weekend of golf with friends. The place was great for a large group. The StyleWithScottsdale team was incredible and very helpful throughout our entire stay!

This property was perfect for our group that we brought to the area. Plenty of room, good beds to sleep in, spread out enough for everyone to be together but still have their own private space if needed. The ammenities and variety of such were perfect... pool. hot tub, hammock, pickleball, basketball, outdoor play equipment, fire, pool table, games, etc! So much to do and stay on property! The location was perfect to easily get to everything we wanted to do and then some. The team was wonderful to work with as well. They were attentive, answered questions, offered additional services and suggestions. They ensured the home was clean, and well kept. Check in was easy, notes were easy to follow, and anything we needed we were responded to timely. Highly recommend!
My group of 21 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ultimate Compound. We were there to host a combined bachelor/bachelorette party and the space was perfect for our large group. There were enough beds and bathrooms to accomodate everyone, and the location of the compound was close by to areas we wanted to visit, including TPC and Old Town. We worked with Darlene to book everything and her and her team were very responsive and accommodating, before and after check in. They worked to get us an early check in and had concierge service to greet us when we arrived. All in all, a great stay and would highly recommend.

Just celebrated my upcoming nuptials with a group of 22 friends at the Ultimate Compound for 4 nights and could not give any higher praise to this house/company. We had plenty of space at this beautiful property and endless activities to do at the house. Darlene was our go-to and she was delightful to work with throughout the process. Bethany was also a wonderful help with all things concierge, especially stocking the house with our requested items before we arrived. The logistics were seamless, the comminication was instantaneous and the instructions were clear. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon for another weekend at the Compound. Thank you!!!

We recently visited Scottsdale and were completed taken care of by the SWS team at their Ultimate Compound. The home was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The backyard was amazing, various activities, with just about any game you can thing of. Its a great home for a larger group gather and family together. Highly recommend this location and the SWS team. Their conceirge service was fantastic.

We had a fantastic time with 20 people (7 couples!) for a joint bach and bachelorette! love that everyone had a nice room. Pool was awesome. Enjoyed all the outdoor sport spaces. Love that it had 3 little casitas so everyone had privacy as well. Would recommend!!

Tons of fun games and activites available. Beautiful pool with plenty of shade. Comfortable couches and beds. Would definitely recommend.
Compound was perfect for our group. Pool temperature was amazing in the heat, property was as advertised and was an overall great setup for a large group stay. Highly reccomend.

This property was a delight in every way.Plenty of everything for every age.
Big group from 5 to 75.A three generation Family trip that included a couple of friends.
The kitchen was fully stocked and we could all cook and dine together.The outdoor cooking was equally remarkable.
All of the grounds held fun for every kind of adventure.
We would recommend this to anyone. With a large diverse group.
Bonus is the close proximity to all kind of shopping and adventures..

Perfect stay for our 5 night trip. House has everything and if conveniently located to golf, nightlife, restaurants and casinos. House was clean and every room provided with comfortable bed and pillows and quality towels. Our flight to leave was delayed by 26hrs and mgt wvery accommodating. All in all great trip and great house.
House is beautiful, and the property is large enough that nobody was ever on top of one another. Great pool and hot tub. Concierge service is a must! We had a great experience and hope to do it again. Thank you Dar!!!

We had an amazing long weekend at The Compound. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The backyard was incredible and there were fun things for everyone to do. Great communication before we traveled. We will be back.
My girlfriends and I had the most wonderful long weekend at SWSS's place. The house has every amenity we could hope for and the backyard was the ultimate hang out zone. We were in a great location to get downtown and to hiking trails. When I come back to Scottsdale, I will be staying at one of the SSWS properties.

We had a great stay recently with Stay with Stayle. Their team was very quick to respond when we had questions and even showed up on property to help us work out a few things. I would highly recommend staying with them and would definitely use them in the future. RD was great and particularly helpful.

We stayed at the Ultimate Compound and it was simply amazing. RD and the staff was a delight to work with from when I booked the house to when I left. There is as much interaction as you'd like with the staff but they are there for you whenever you need them. Pictures on the site do the house no justice. We had so much room to spread out and truly enjoy each others company. The yard is amazing and the "Tree House" bunk room is so unique, it's a must see!!! We will definitely be telling friends back home about this place and we WILL definitely be back. 15 minutes into Old Town, tons of stores and restaurants in the vicinity. We rented a car for the day time and ubered at night. It was perfect. Thank you RD Terry and Team!!!

Terrific place to stay! The house and acre around it are even better than the pictures. Communication from our hosts was excellent. They had plenty of fresh towels, shampoo, kitchen stuff, etc. I would recommend to anyone with a larger group!

RD was such a wonderful host and took care of anything and everything we needed. It was a truly memorable vacation and we can''t wait to stay at some of his other properties in the near future!

The house is a wonderful place to enjoy Scottsdale. The outdoor entertainment area has every amenity you need and will not disappoint. Plenty of room to have your own space or enjoy each other’s company around the fire pit, tv or poolside. Highly recommend the great set up and service provided! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay here again.

Fabulous host and home. Randy was extremely responsive and helpful. The services provided, the condition of the home, and the amenities available were all exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to a large group of guests.
Perfect weekend with an amazing backyard. Great pool, shuffleboard, fooseball, pingpong, billiards, corn hole. Had it all!
The property exceeded expectations. A group of us have picked a new destination each year for an annual golf trip in a new city. Towards the end of the trip there were discussions about looking into the possibility of renting the same house next year if it�s still available to rent. Geez, where do I even begin... We stayed at one of RD''s property''s from Sept 6th-Sept 10th and it was by far the nicest property I have ever stayed at. It was absolutely unbelievable how professional, accommodating and easy to work with RD was from beginning to end. Within 10-15 minutes of booking online back in March, RD gave me a call to confirm the reservation, discuss the property and answer any questions I had all while also creating a relationship with me, which put me at ease and made me feel that much better about booking with Stay With Style Scottsdale... The house. All I can say is WOW. This place was absolutely perfect. This property was both close to everything and was also in a fantastic area and on a not so busy street, which was so great. With all of us staying at the property, going into it, we naturally thought we would be a little cramped at the property due to the size of our party but that was NOT the case. We all had privacy while also having so much room throughout the compound, with our own beds (which were quite comfy) and very nice bathrooms. The amenities at this house were unbelievable and the best ones by far were the pool and jacuzzi. That being said, the basketball court, pool/ping pong table, card table, outdoor bbq area, shuffleboard, hammock, bluetooth speakers/karaoke machine, etc were just a few others to be named. I can go on and on and on about this place and RD but I would honestly be here all day. A+++++ property, A+++++ customer service and a A+++++ experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives. THANK YOU, RD. We will most certainly be back.
RD and his staff were amazing. The property is just as shown and they were very accommodating to our get together. They were very quick to respond to a very minor issue. Everyone who was there commented on how nice the house was.
Even with a large group there is enough space that people could all find quiet places to talk.

Our family loved our get together and weeks stay in this wonderful spacious home. RD was easy to work with and very accommodating. The layout was perfect and the house tastefully appointed. Our grandchildren loved the huge yard and all it''s amenities. It exceeded our expectations.
This was out third "boys" golf vacation with RD Lee and all three have been wonderful. The house accomodated ten of us easily with a large kitchen and dining area and a great backyard with fire pit, pool and spa. I’ve already booked again for next year.
Rd and his crew did a phenomenal job. We had a large group of people and everything went smooth! Great space for anyone looking in the area.
The property was very clean, well maintained, and RD made sure we had everything we needed. Details make the difference and this house had all of them; clear instructions on how to work everything, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, blender, etc. - very easy to show up and feel like we were right at home and simply enjoy our time.
