Winedown is an exceptional 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Scottsdale vacation home with clean, contemporary interiors, outdoor resort-style living and all the comforts of home (and more!) in a prime Scottsdale location. This amazing property is approximately 1 mile from the TPC, home to the world-famous Waste Management Phoenix Open and easy walking distance to Kierland Commons.

Winedown boasts over 2,600 sf of living space with contemporary interiors designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. The great room features two unique seating areas to relax with friends and family or sip perfectly cooled wine from the stunning 300+ bottle temperature controlled, glass wine cellar that lies at the heart of the home. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with high end stainless steel appliances and modern amenities, well-stocked with kitchen essentials and designed for entertainment with a center island for dining. If remote work is on the agenda, Winedown offers a sleek and stylish workspace with a gorgeous chaise lounge for power naps in-between on the upper landing! 

Outdoor Resort-Style Living

Step outside and enjoy outdoor resort-style living in your own backyard complete with a hot-tub and private pool, with optional heating for the cooler months. The undercover patio features chic outdoor furniture to wind down (and wine down!) after a day of exploring Scottsdale, a built-in Nexgrill BBQ with 2 side burners and built-in eating bar for alfresco dining and a flat-screen TV & sound system for the ultimate in outdoor entertainment.

The contemporary comforts flow through the inviting bedrooms with beautiful hardwood floors, brand new mattresses, high quality linens and cozy interiors. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, there is a converted garage with 1 twin bed for an extra guest if needed.

Winedown is located on the east side of 64th Street walking distance to the exclusive Kierland Commons and the new Scottsdale Quarter shopping centers, featuring many unique stores, high-end dining options, a vibrant nightlife and top seasonal Scottsdale events. Other top Scottsdale attractions nearby include the 27-hole, world-class Kierland golf course, beautiful Kierland Park, outdoor adventures in the Sonoran Desert and Oldtown, only a 15-minute drive away.

Our kitchens are fully-equipped and stocked with an assortment of kitchen supplies, spices, oils, condiments and pretty much everything you need for the max number of guests. If something is missing, we would be happy to go pick it up for you (within reason, of course!)

PLEASE NOTE:

The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hours noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house. A $1,000 noise deposit (Authorization) is processed to the credit card on file 3 days before arrival and will be released the day after departure, providing there aren't any noise issues. This is not a charge to your card, only an authorization. Excessive noise would constitute constant yelling/screaming or blaring music at the property. Kids making noise while playing in the pool is fine. This is not a party home and we need to be respectful of the neighborhood.

To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a deposit and will not be held by verbal commitments.

A 30-day minimum stay is required.

For any services ordered that will be conducted at the property (ie. caterer, chef, yoga, grocery delivery, etc.), only approved vendors are allowed on the property.

This home features a 2 car garage and free parking in the driveway.

We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, or cash payments. 

Additional Costs:

There is an additional guest fee of $50 per person per night over 8 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, blow-up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.

Pool heating....this is an option for $100/day with a 3 day minimum. Please arrange this 72 hours prior to your arrival.

We offer baby items for a small per-visit rental fee.

Cancellation Policy: The Travelers credit card is NOT charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy.
