Availability
Terms & Conditions
Terms:
Minimum age requirement of 28yo is required. The Guest acknowledges that the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement are incorporated into this document by reference. The Guest accepts, agrees to, and is bound by the Rental Agreement.
Should any conflict arise between the Rental Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will take precedence.
The Owner and/or property management company shall not be held responsible for any damage or injury to the Guest, their family, visitors, invitees, or their respective property resulting from the Guest’s or their invitees’ use and occupancy of the Premises.
Rental Agreement and Government ID required and must be signed before check‑in.
All guest names are required. No outside vendors. All vendors must be vetted and approved with appropriate insurance on file with a vetting fee..
Payment:
The individual booking the property confirms that the credit card provided belongs to them and authorizes its use for charges related to this reservation. An initial $2,000 deposit is taken at the time of booking.
The full payment is due 60 days before the arrival date. Guests who cancel at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund less 6.5% proc fees which are unrecoverable. Cancellations or modifications to reservation dates or the number of guests made less than 60 days before check-in will not be refunded unless the Guest has purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy. CFAR has black out dates.
Guidelines:
If evidence of a disruptive gathering, unauthorized party, or unapproved guests is found at the property, a $1,000 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This may also lead to the immediate termination of this Agreement and the prompt removal of the Guests from the property.
Guests are expected to make a reasonable effort to leave the property in a condition similar to how it was upon arrival. An additional cleaning fee of $250 or more will be applied if it’s clear that minimal or no effort was made to clean up.
State and local laws enforce noise ordinances aimed at curbing events, parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits. These are strictly enforced.
