There is seating for eight more people in the formal dining room that features a dining table that converts into a pool table!

The shared outdoor space is beautifully furnished by Restoration Hardware and features a heated swimming pool and hot tub with a waterfall and an outdoor shower. It also features an outdoor dining table with seating for ten and plenty of games, like a ping-pong table, a putting green, a driving golf cage, a cornhole set, and plenty of parking for multiple vehicles.
