How Many Cars Are Sold at Barrett-Jackson?

At the Barrett-Jackson Car Auction in Scottsdale in 2023, a total of $184.2 million was spent on 1,907 collector cars. With over 1,100 pieces of automobilia auctioned, the total auction sales totaled just over $190.6 million.

How Much Does the Seller Pay at Barrett-Jackson?

What Is the Most Expensive Car Ever Sold at Barrett-Jackson?

The most expensive car ever auctioned at Barrett-Jackson was the 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 Super Snake—reportedly the last “Super Snake” in existence. It sold for $5,500,000 in 2007, was auctioned again for $5,115,000 in 2015, and sold for $5,500,000 in 2021.

Some notable contenders for the most expensive car ever sold at Barrett-Jackson also include the original Batmobile (sold for $4,620,000 in 2013), the 1950 General Motors Futurliner (sold for $4,400,000 in 2015), and the 1967 Chevrolet Corvette L88 (sold for $3,850,000 in 2014).
