Old Town Scottsdale

If you get a chance to visit Scottsdale, you can’t do so without also stopping by Old Town. Located in the epicenter of Scottsdale, Old Town provides the best in Southwestern art, fashion, and take-home trinkets. The entire shopping district was designed with consumers in mind. Even better, Scottsdale Fashion Square is well within driving distance for those who are looking to quench their thirst for designer fashion. After you’re done shopping, be sure to drop by the Entertainment District for great drinks and eats!

Swap Meets

Visiting Old Town, you can find an assortment of swap meets in the valley that are open on weekends to the public. From a diverse amount of merchandise to live music and fresh food, there is no limit to the amount of fun you can have at a swap meet. Plan your visit out and enjoy the day, or weekend, at any of the swap meets located in and around Scottsdale.

Desert Ridge Marketplace

Located in the Northern part of Phoenix, Desert Ridge Marketplace provides the public with an overwhelming amount of entertainment options to choose from. With someone of the most inspired dishes in the state being served at any of the marketplace’s magnificent restaurants you’re sure to find the right taste for your palette. Additionally, there are multiple entertainment outlets that are available for public consumption.

   Our group of friends had a fantastic time at Celebrity Hideaway.  We get together every year and this was the best rental we have had in the 12+ years we have been doing this yearly trip.  The home had plenty of space and has everything a group needs to have a great experience.  From the pool, to the well stocked kitchen to all of the outdoor spaces everything is first class.    This home is gorgeous!  It was perfect for a business retreat I hosted.  It's spacious, modern and immaculate.  It's fully equipped with anything and everything you need.    We absolutely loved staying at The Place in Scottsdale! It was the perfect spot for our golf trip. The backyard truly felt like something out of Blank Check - an absolute blast.    We had a lovely stay at Hummingbird. The serene setting was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the pool and outdoors and spending quality time with family. Loved sitting around the firepit on a beautiful desert evening. The house is charming and clean.

   I cannot say enough great things about our friend’s trip to Scottsdale! Everything went smooth from the booking process, to help planning the best itinerary, and finally vacation time. Darlene & Bethany (along with they're teams) took excellent care of us. They took the time to understand our interest and needs ahead of time. We used a handful of their added services, such as golf contacts, catering & bartender services. These types of concierge services made our vacation much more easier and enjoyable for sure.

As for the house, it was spectacular! It was exactly as described and pictured. We were extremely happy we ended up at this property after several weeks of searching similar properties.

   A friends reunion trip landed us at this ideal spot. Perfectly located close to golf, and restaurants, and bars. Everything that was necessary was found in the house. And a terrific concierge service made for some pre-arranged stocking of the fridge and groceries.  Even in a hot summer, the pool is positioned in a way that it doesn't take on total sun and the water was really a comfortable temperature.  Would definitely stay here again.

   TLDR: Wonderful experience, fair price, 5 star customer service, a real family-owned friendly vibe working with Darlene and her team.

We stayed at the Palms Away residence with our large group of friends for a weekend celebration. Everyone was extremely comfortable in the luxe house + guesthouse. We were greeted upon arrival by a friendly maintenance team member to show us around the house and make sure everything looked ok. The house is equipped with smart home thermostats and high end appliances, which made cooking big meals at home easy and comfortable. The only issue we ran into was the dishwasher stopped working, which they promptly sent a maintenance person to look at and ended up replacing the entire unit with a brand new working dishwasher (installed in under 30 minutes) in under 24 hours. In most rental properties I've stayed at we wouldn't have even gotten a maintenance person to come look at the issue, let alone rectify it with a new machine during our stay. We loved the pool and grill, it made the Arizona heat quite enjoyable!

We'd stay here again in a heartbeat if given the chance and recommend anyone else do the same. Thank you Darlene and team for hosting us for an unforgettable weekend!
